📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

During peak times, order processing may take a bit longer—but we’ll keep you updated if there are any delays.

🇨🇦 Shipping Within Canada

We ship across Canada via trusted carriers like Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–9 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

✅ Free Standard Shipping is available on orders of $100 CAD or more (before applicable taxes and fees). No code needed—this is automatically applied at checkout.

🇺🇸 Shipping to the USA

We now offer shipping to the United States!

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard USA Shipping: 5–10 business days

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

🛍️ Free Local Pickup – Mississauga

Skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from our boutique in Mississauga.

How it works:

  • Select “Local Pickup” at checkout

  • Orders are typically ready within 1 business day

  • You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup

Pickup Hours:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Please bring your confirmation email when you arrive.
