Born and raised in Brazil, Philippe has always had a deep love for animals. However, it wasn’t until he attended grooming school that he truly discovered his passion for working with them—and realized it was the career path he wanted to pursue.

With over eight years of full-time grooming experience, Philippe is constantly evolving in his craft. He regularly attends industry seminars to stay up to date with the latest techniques and trends, and actively participates in grooming competitions—earning multiple awards that reflect both his skill and dedication.

His top priority is always the well-being of every pet that steps onto his grooming table. Alongside his focus on comfort and care, his commitment to delivering high-quality, stylish grooms is evident in every detail of his work.

General Manager

As a dedicated manager and receptionist at Miam's Pets, Carol combines her love for animals with professional expertise, creating a welcoming environment for both pets and their owners. But there's more to Carol than meets the eye—she's not just our manager; she's also a hidden artist. When she's not navigating the ins and outs of our salon, she unleashes her creativity on canvases, adding colorful expressions to the world around her. Dogs and art alike bask in the warmth of Carol's passion, making her an invaluable part of the Miam's Pets team. In addition to her roles as manager, salon owner, and artist, Carol's diverse skill set extends to tattoo artistry. Beyond managing day-to-day operations at Miam's Pets, she channels her passion for creativity into crafting unique designs on skin.

Marketing Manager

As Miam’s Pets’ Marketing Manager, Mayara brings both strategy and heart to everything the brand shares with the world. With an MBA in Digital Marketing and more than five years of experience in the field, she is the creative mind behind the stories, photography, and communications that bring Miam’s Pets to life.

Her eye for style extends far beyond marketing. As a trained fashion designer, Mayara built Miam’s Pets’ visual identity from the ground up and continues to lead the design of everything from seasonal artwork to the hoodies, T-shirts, and caps available in the boutique.

Mayara is also the proud owner of Baltazar Bahamas, a Whippet who was a childhood dream come true. He finally came into her life in 2025 and hasn’t left her side since. That same love for animals is at the heart of her work, inspiring her to create meaningful communication that helps other pet parents feel the same connection with their pets, and with Miam’s Pets.

Full-Time Groomer
Jaclyn's passion for animals has been at the heart of her career for over five years. After gaining extensive experience in veterinary medicine and animal care, she discovered her love for professional grooming and completed her training to turn that passion into a career.
With a background in low-stress handling, animal behaviour, and client education, Jaclyn is dedicated to creating a calm, positive grooming experience for every pet. She believes that building trust with both dogs and their owners is the foundation of exceptional care and takes pride in helping every dog look and feel their best.
Committed to continually growing her skills, Jaclyn looks forward to welcoming new clients and providing compassionate, personalized grooming for every dog she meets.
